AB-6008: Delegate work with AI

Learn how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork and Scout to move beyond one-off prompts and delegate larger, multi-step work outcomes. This course teaches how to define goals, automate recurring tasks, streamline everyday workflows, and build reusable AI-powered processes.

This course is designed for: 

• Business users who want to save time using AI. 
• People who regularly work with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word. 
• Professionals looking to automate routine administrative and knowledge-work tasks.

Students should have: 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Chat.
